They take their job very seriously - at the first visit they gathered all sorts of information on my cats. When I found out my cat was diabetic, I was really worried and thought I would have to board her during my next vacation. Sandy instantly said it wasn't a problem at all. They even spent one visit getting my cat out of the chimney, where she'd hidden to escape an insulin shot. That's dedication."
