Jenny Craig disappoints Seattle customer

COMPLAINT: Clinton White, Bothell
I enrolled in a weight loss program with Jenny Craig of Woodinville. However, I'm on medication, so they weren't sure at first if they'd accept me into the program. After the company cleared my acceptance into the program, I ate their food and attended Jazzercise up to five times a week. However, I wasn't losing weight. At the end of the program, they resubmitted my medication list and told me the reason I wasn't losing weight was due to the medication. I haven't heard a response since.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want a full refund of $1,000 that I spent on Jenny Craig's admission fees, food bag, cold food container, books and food.
