Inspection supposedly fails to produce data, paperwork
COMPLAINT: Jacalyn Smeltzer, Smyrna, Ga.
"I hired Ron Burch of Suwanee [Ga.] to do a series of HUD 203(k) inspections and all the inclusive paperwork required for a 203(k) loan. He made one visit for the inspection and then delivered one document that is incomplete and useless for any part of the process.
"When he did the inspection, he didn't bring any tools and just walked around and spoke into a tape recorder. He didn't take any measurements. His work was poor quality and he is unresponsive and full of excuses."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a refund of $600 out of the $800 paid because he never completed the services."
STATUS: Penalty Box
