COMPLAINT: Brian Ulmer, Indianapolis
"A One Exteriors replaced my roof in 2007 and gave me a 5-year warranty. Two years later, I'm trying to sell my house, so I had it inspected.
"The inspection revealed several issues, including improperly installed flashing and nail pops throughout the roof.
"I've been trying to get A One to come repair the work for more than two weeks. I've spoken with them a few times by phone and each time they promise someone will call me back, but they haven't.
"I need this work done quickly."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want A One to make the repairs or pay for the cost of repairs performed by another roofing company."
