Indianapolis-area remodeling job leads to drywall issue
COMPLAINT: Kimberly Gulley, Avon, Ind.
TLK Remodeling Inc. remodeled my basement. They told me they specialized in this type of drywall work and the drywall would have a lifetime warranty against mold and mildew.
This is the reason I chose them. I wasn't too happy with the work, but they did come back and fix some things.
Once the job was completed, a certified installer was supposed to send in the paperwork and I'd receive the warranty from the drywall company, Georgia-Pacific.
TLK never gave me the warranty. I've called numerous times and gotten no response. Now their toll-free number is disconnected and I've left messages at the owner's number, but they're never returned.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I just want my warranty information.
