COMPLAINT: Steve Howard, Greenwood, Ind.

"I replied to All Pro Appliance Repair's Yellow Pages ad to have a new glass insert installed in my old gas stove. They came out and said they'd have to order the part.

"They left with the broken glass and left my stove disassembled. Six months later, I still don't have the glass and I cannot get a refund.

"They've avoided my calls and made several promises to call back and refund my money. I'm willing to pay their $10 service charge, but as of today I am out $140.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a $130 refund."
