COMPLAINT: Joan Rudig, Wauwatosa, Wis.

"Two years ago, I hired Dave Jorgenson of Complete Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. to install a furnace and central air system in one unit of my duplex.

"Last year, I hired him to install a matching set. After demanding a check for full payment of $4,000, he told me he couldn't install the electricity for the A/C.

"He left wires hanging from the ceiling to the circuit breaker box and told me he'd send an electrician to finish it in a week or two.

"I've made numerous phone calls and sent certified letters, but have not heard back. I've since hired someone else to complete the electrical work."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Complete Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. to refund $250 for electrical work and either obtain the building permit or pay me to obtain it from the city."
