Landscaping lament

COMPLAINT: Cynthia Garza, Missouri City, Texas

"I hired Art Scapes & Crafters to design my landscaping. The design was great; however, they were awful at planning and managing the project. They didn't take the original sprinkler system into consideration and didn't know where to place some of the control heads or where the sprinkler heads were.

"The flower beds they'd created were compromised because they dug through them to find sprinkler heads and control valves. They didn't repair the damaged beds. I also paid for two fountains and a remote control, which cost more than $2,000, but never received this merchandise. They still haven't finished the job and won't communicate with me."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to finish incomplete work, provide merchandise and return all tools they removed from my property."
