Broke a promise to resolve Dona Guerrero's complaint about what she says was unsatisfactory security camera repair work.

COMPLAINT: James Crouch, Richards
I hired Wilco Electric Inc. to wire my entire building, which was new construction, but they have wired things incorrectly and made promises that they have not kept.
The stereo needs additional wires. They also installed a Bridgeport milling machine that runs backward because they wired it backward. They also incorrectly installed a circuit in the bedroom that could be either bad wiring or a faulty breaker.
I made calls to have them come out, but they will not return my calls.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want Wilco Electric to correct their mistakes and complete the job as contracted.
RESPONSE: Lee Johns, president, Wilco Electric Inc.
We are not able to locate the additional speaker wire as the member does not want the drywall, which covered up the wires and has foam insulation, cut.
The Bridgeport mill is not wired backward; the member put a used phase converter on it and we do not warranty used equipment.
We did replace a [different] phase converter that was purchased new and installed on another piece of equipment. We will be happy to check the bedroom circuit or breaker, which is covered under his warranty.
STATUS: Penalty Box - Broken Promise
Editor's note: Although Wilco responded to Crouch's complaint, he reports the company did not follow through on its promise.
