"Rent2ownConnect.com of South Easton [Mass.] was supposed to help me locate homes and negotiate a rent-to-own [purchase agreement]. They require a $2,000 retainer that I've paid $1,500 into. I've done the legwork and found all of the homes that we've made an offer. They haven't done anything."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a partial refund."
