"I hired Golden Cleaning to clean my house. The first time the cleaner, Edith Hernandez, came, she was an hour late. She doesn't have a vacuum and has to use the customer's vacuum. We agreed that she would use soap and water to clean, not a feather duster and Pledge.

"She gave me a $300 estimate to vacuum and wipe everything clean. The first date they were scheduled, she canceled due to illness. The next time, she called an hour late and said she was lost. I had to find her and help her follow me back. She arrived with two other women, carrying Pledge and a feather duster. I told them to put it back in the car.

"When they finally started work, they missed multiple areas and failed to do a satisfactory job. After I expressed my displeasure, they started packing up their supplies. She asked me for trash bags to put their trash in."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want $100 back for the incomplete job and abusing my vacuum cleaner."
