House cleaning dispute not so crystal clear

"I hired Crystal Angel Cleaning Service for a spring cleaning of my home and to start a weekly schedule. The owner, Linda [Garcia], told me that it didn't matter that my home had been cleaned weekly by another service prior to contacting her because 'no one cleans as well as we clean,' and she insisted I have the spring cleaning first.
"She listed many services that would be provided during the first cleaning, which was part of why it cost $120 versus the $65 weekly price. The crew were friendly and professional, but they didn't provide the level of service Linda claimed I would receive.
"I had to make them redo a bathroom floor because they completely missed every corner when sweeping and mopping. I called the office with my concerns and Linda was argumentative and combative. I finally hung up, paid the bill and sent the crew on their way.
"I sent her an e-mail and told her I wasn't happy with how our phone call went and was hoping that my questions and concerns might be handled better via e-mail. My e-mail was never answered.
"The day before they were scheduled to come again, I called her and she stated she didn't want to do business, saying I'm one of those customers you can never satisfy."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a full refund."
RESPONSE: Linda Garcia, owner
"I have e-mails to prove that this client was satisfied and wanted to start a regular service."
