"I have been using Olga Diehl Cleaning Service of Gahanna, Ohio every other week to clean my house. The quality of their work has deteriorated significantly from the first cleaning.

"They washed a large rug in my washing machine that clogged it when all the rubber backing came off, and I had to get it repaired. Also, I passed a bedroom where two people were supposed to be cleaning, and I saw one person lying on the bed relaxing and the other sitting idly on my glass coffee table with the lights out.

"Lastly, they either used too much water or spilled a bucket on my cherry wood floor, causing boards to warp. Now the entire floor needs to be refinished. They admitted it was their fault, but I have not received payment."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like $976 for the cost of refinishing my hardwood floor, moving the furniture and dismantling a two-story ladder to do so."
