Patsy Reed says despite being admitted to Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, Calif., for a cesarean section, her four-day stay felt like she was in a resort.

“The facilities were spotless, beautiful rooms - I felt like I was in a hotel. And the staff was amazing,” she says. “As soon as we arrived they greeted us at the front, immediately brought me back into the labor and delivery room and had me prepped and ready to go very quickly. They were friendly, efficient, and I was very confident in everyone's skills. After the C-section, they were so attentive to me and baby in recovery making sure our every need was met.”
