Homeowner wants fence finally fixed after a year of delays
COMPLAINT: Mary Lanese, Lyndhurst, Ohio
"Integrity Fencing of Parma [Ohio] fenced in my yard. I asked to have a section of the fence moved, because it had been installed nearly four feet inside the property line. They made multiple appointments [to fix the fence], but then canceled. Steve Cranford, the owner, agreed to return to complete the job, but he never did.
"I've been calling them for over a year and still haven't received a call back. I also received a complaint from the city of Lyndhurst because the required permit that I paid for was not obtained before the fence was installed."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the fence to be installed correctly."
STATUS: Penalty Box
Editor's note: Cranford told Angie's List he would fix Lanese's fencing. To date, Lanese reports that he hasn't done so.
