Homeowner wants crooked skylights fixed
Homeowner wants crooked skylights fixed
Date Published: Feb 08 2011
COMPLAINT: Marvin McCreary, Columbus, Ohio
"I hired Easton Roofing of Columbus to install a new roof and five skylights. Initially things seemed to go well, but afterward I noticed the skylights weren't centered correctly and four are flat-out crooked. This makes it impossible to install drywall or trim around them. The owner, Mike Bauman, reviewed the work, agreed there was a problem and said he would come back to fix it. I left message after message and never got a return call. I finally reached Mike and he hung up on me."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to fix the work or pay for someone else to fix it."
STATUS: Penalty Box
