Homeowner still waiting on itemized electrical report
COMPLAINT: William Fischetti, Dublin, Ohio
"I contacted Great White Electrical Service of Westerville to inspect my rental house's electrical system. I requested a written report reflecting the up-to-date code status of the house after they made any repairs or adjustments. Upon inspection, they recommended some adjustments, including replacing kitchen outlets with GFCI sockets, rewiring a bedroom wall light and replacing a basement light fixture, which I individually approved prior to the work being done.
"However, the electrician claimed to have replaced all the home's electrical outlets, which I had not requested. The electrician gave me an invoice for 11 hours of work and said he needed additional time to prepare the requested itemized report. I never received the itemized invoice or report, and they haven't returned my calls or e-mails."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the itemized invoice and report."
