COMPLAINT: Whitney Ellmaker, Levittown, Pa.

I hired Marc Anthony Plumbing Inc. to fix a backed-up toilet. Marc Hudon [the owner} determined that the backup was due to bad sewer pipes. He replaced the outside sewer pipes with 3-inch PVC and replaced old iron piping inside.

After the plumbing was completed, and begging and pleading from me, he came back to snake out one bath/shower that had remained clogged after the pipes were replaced.

He removed sections of my deck, entire brick walkway, border fence and pool filter equipment in order to access the sewer pipes. There remain two cleanouts that have no caps, only duct tape or rags. The fence around the yard is still busted and in pieces. No landscaping work has been done and the concrete form filled with gravel still occupies the space where the brick sidewalk once was.

This has been a terribly painful process. He took money for work he hasn't completed and from the looks of things has no plans to complete. It has been months since work began on this project. I've tried to contact him, but no call or text has been returned.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like my money returned for the work that was not completed.
