"I hired A Christian Touch Services to help me move. It took them eight hours to move one truckload of furniture that the owner [Frank O'Keefe] estimated would take three.

"I clearly labeled boxes that were breakable, but the movers paid no attention to the labels and tossed boxes in the truck. They broke one of the legs off a dining-room chair and damaged items in storage because they slid them across the concrete floor.

"I asked them to leave even though the job wasn't done, and I've called and e-mailed the owner repeatedly to discuss the broken items and the quality of his employees, but he hasn't responded."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like Frank to call me back and I'd like a claim form so that he can repair or replace the property his movers damaged."
