"I had been using Angel Dusters Cleaning Service for biweekly housecleaning for several months. The original owner sold the business. My first cleaning with the new owner was at the end of May and I was happy with the results. She did not show for my next scheduled cleaning in June and did not call.

"I thought perhaps she had confused the weeks, so I waited until the following week. She did not show or call. The following week after that should have been a cleaning day. I left her a note asking her not to clean my home until we had a chance to talk. She did not show up or call.

"I called her at the beginning of July and asked her to return the key to my home, offering to meet her at a convenient location. She told me the keys were not marked, but she agreed to come to my house a couple of days later to return the key. She did not show up or call.

"I called a few days later and left a message asking that she return my call. I haven't heard from her and she still has the key."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want my key returned."
