"I hired D.S. Bahr Construction Inc. to replace a small, worn-out cedar deck with a much larger composite deck," says Mark Muckelberg of Plymouth, Minn. A few minor problems arose with the city inspector, who insisted on a light and enlargement of the pad at the bottom of the stairs. This required a lot of work by the crew, but they did it without complaint and without any additional cost. This was a pleasant experience and I have a great new deck."
