Homeowner claims painting work never done, wants money back

"Jim Bartz Paint Drywall Company in Austin was supposed to paint my home's stucco exterior and wood trim, and clean and stain my decks. The contract price was $8,310, and I paid $4,155 as a deposit. There was a window leak, so I had to have the stucco repaired before we could paint. This has been a nightmare: Bartz has never answered my calls or e-mails about completing, or even beginning, the painting project. They have the money, but I have no painting work done."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want my money back."
