COMPLAINT: Paul Railsback, Kansas City, Mo.
"I contacted Master Builders Midwest to fix my flooring and a broken window, and to perform some minor repairs around my home. They seemed honest and reputable.
"They worked on the floor and the minor fixes, and everything seemed all right. But after only a few visits, they stopped coming. I've been dealing with them for months and I still have an unfinished home.
"There was no talk of refund or any type of compensation for the halfhearted work and waste of time they put me through. A few weeks after disappearing completely, they decided to stop returning calls. They still have my money."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want at least $1,500 back from Master Builders Midwest."
STATUS: Penalty Box
