"I hired Small Job Bob to remove some plywood from a window area and to clean off the caulking to prepare for a new window. They also repaired some drywall in a downstairs bathroom.

"They completed three coats of mud on the drywall and we agreed they would return to put on one more coat and install the special-order window that I paid for.

"The last coat of mud has not been put on, the window has not been installed and I can't get Bob to call me back. I've left numerous messages. I would at least like a call back and I want this work finished.

"Any explanation at all regarding the delay would have been fine."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the special-order glass window installed and one more coat of mud applied to the bathroom ceiling as agreed."
