David Lange needed to stop his bathtub drain leaking to the soil beneath his house.
"Henry showed up on time and within minutes diagnosed the problem," Lange says. "The gasket below the drain rotted, and the drain pipes needed to be replaced with PVC. With a little fine tuning, the problem was fixed.
"I was also having a water pressure problem, resulting in the pipes humming quite loudly after a faucet was turned off, so he went to the water pressure regulator, held one side of it and firmly tapped the other side. The hum stopped and has not returned."
