Handyman and Cincinnati homeowner disagree on drywall repair

Failed to respond to Karen Bagent's request to have damaged and missing fiberglass pool equipment, still under warranty, replaced after she says they neglected a service call.

To finish our interior skylight wells, we chose House Doctors Handyman Service. After seeing the craftsman's initial work, we voiced concern that the finished walls would not be perfectly upright. The wells were off by more than one inch, and the paint and drywall were cracking.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: We want a refund of $160.

There are issues in this situation beyond our control (e.g., the ceiling is not level). Their request is not within the scope of our contract, but we'll rework the well with an approved and funded change order.
