Gutter guarantee doesn't reach 100%, customer claims

"Four weeks after my initial phone call, a guy from Factory Direct Remodeling Ltd. of Cincinnati ruined a gutter by cutting it incorrectly. The job should have taken six hours and instead took three days.
"It did not rain for quite some time, so I did not know how the work had turned out initially. The leak guards installed were supposed to be the best, but the gutters began leaking and are not pitched right. Now my gutters have streaks of dirt from overflowing water.
"The company, which has a 100 percent guarantee, said it would resolve these issues. I have yet to get any return calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Factory Direct to fix or install new gutters."
