"Paul [Gibbons, the owner] showed me several places in the attic where the builder had done an extremely poor job on the insulation, from areas with absolutely no insulation to places where the required code was not met," Sansone says.
"He obviously cares about the work he does and treated my home like it was his own. He even took pictures for me so I could e-mail them to my family to show them what an awesome job he did."
