"I used Apple Moving to move across the county. It was very good work, and the movers and office staff were friendly.

"However, the workers broke a rather expensive picture's glass frame. They promised to have the glass replaced promptly. I still don't have my picture back despite several phone calls."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Apple Moving to repair my glass-framed picture to its original condition."
