Description of work: "I noticed something living underneath my four-seasons room due to a gap between the decking and the ground."



Comments: "I looked on the List and John [Ware, the owner] seemed to be the highest rated, so I gave him a call to see if he could come out sometime soon. Little did I know he'd come out to my house that evening and set traps for what I thought was a opossum. Two days later, I noticed a trap was sprung. I called John and he came out that day to discover a large opossum. He took care of it, left some screening to see if any more little creatures were living there and told me I should fill in the gap to prevent this from happening again. He did a great job and was not only fast, but knew how to handle it right away. To be honest, I didn't think it would go as well as it did! John's a professional and I'll always call him for any future pests trying to live where they shouldn't be!"



Typically 2 1/2 feet long and weighing 8 to 13 pounds, opossums are the only marsupial native to North America. "I figured it was something that should be handled by a professional and not by me," Overbeck says. "Boy, was I right!"
