COMPLAINT: Sheridan Moore, Georgetown, Texas
"I signed a three-year alarm monitoring contract with Central Security Group Nationwide Inc. of Tulsa, Okla. I received poor customer service and waited for the end of the three-year contract to cancel. They informed me it must be [canceled] thirty days before the expiration date and that it would continue for another year."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want to be released from the contract."
