COMPLAINT: Jonathan Klatt, Las Vegas
"AR Iron LLC installed iron fencing, two side gates, a motorized solar gate and a call box at my home. They installed the solar gate in the wrong spot so it covers our mailbox, only allowing access to it when the gate is open. They refuse to move the gate posts to allow me to get to my mail with the gate closed."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the gate posts moved so the gate clears the mailbox."
STATUS: Resolved
Editor's note: Klatt says AR Iron LLC changed the location of the gate posts to his satisfaction.
