"They installed the new weatherstripping on all sides, and then pointed out the frayed metal cable and the wobbling rollers in the tracks," Harris says.
"As a bonus, they spent 15 minutes tightening the nuts and bolts, and lubricating all moving parts. We are very pleased with the tightly sealed door and its movement."
