COMPLAINT: Bobbie White, Whiteland, Ind.

"I hired Superior Garage Door Systems Inc. of Brownsburg to install two garage doors on my new construction home. I built a separate garage and wanted matching garage doors for it, as well.

"They came out to install them, but they brought the wrong doors. I called the owner, Chris [Cooper], and they replaced the glass in the separate garage's doors so it matched the windows in the other doors [on the house]. Then I noticed that the handles weren't right either.

"I called them back and he said there's nothing he could do about it. He said that's how the factory makes them. I called him again later and he said he had fixed the windows and he wasn't going to fix the handles. At this point, he's not willing to work with me any more."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to put correctly sized handles on the unattached garage doors so it matches the other two doors. If they don't want to fix it, I want a $300 refund."
