Garage door company splits service fee for Columbus neighbors

Pamela Holladay called owner Jim Heineman when she couldn't open her garage door remote to change its batteries.
"He was able to open it with a special tool and also installed a quick release that opens the door when the electricity is off," Holladay says. "My neighbor came out and had him install one for her, too. He let us split the service fee, since we live right next to each other."
