COMPLAINT: Doug and Deborah Hilpipre, Eden Prairie, Minn.

"We had our yard resodded in 2007. Green Horizons Inc. has taken care of our general lawn care and fertilization for the past few years.

"This year, the lawn was looking weak, and they said we had a fungus. They were supposed to apply a fungicide, but when they sprayed the yard, it destroyed the sod. They attempted to reseed, but the work was shoddily done, which allowed weeds to invade the area."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "The yard needs to be resodded. We would prefer Green Horizons either have someone else do the work or allow us to approve where they get the sod."
