Full amount paid, but home projects allegedly still incomplete

"I hired Mr. Build of Grand Prairie to do some painting, fix some rotted wood, repair a ceiling and retile my bathroom. They were also supposed to install a new door, and fix a window, which I’m pretty sure their worker broke. They asked me to pay for the work before it was completed, but I said no several times. I finally gave in and gave them the full amount instead of paying only for the completed work. It’s been three months since I paid them and they won’t finish the job."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a $425 refund for the incomplete work."
STATUS: Penalty Box
