Laurie Rubin faced a trifecta of trouble: Major holiday, about to leave town on a family emergency, and her refrigerator and freezer both stopped working. Owner James Little saved the day. "James arrived within two hours and quickly found the problem," she says. "He also explained several problems that previous companies had glossed over. I was gone for four days, and when I returned, it functioned perfectly, with nothing spoiled or refrozen."
