"I had Improveit! Home Remodeling replace all the windows in my home. In my bedroom, they replaced a window with a French door. However, the seal on the door is loose and doesn't close properly. A lot of energy gets wasted through the door.
"They've sent out several workers but haven't fixed the problem. Usually, it takes several phone calls before they respond, and they come out with the wrong supplies or parts."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like to have someone fix the door once and for all."
