He showed up on time and plowed through a tour de force of copper and PVC, weaving three drains, three hot/cold services, an RO system, plus a toilet into a tight space, all coming together at one pump box.

"It was amazingly planned and executed. Everything was tidy, organized and easily accessible. Russ went above and beyond, but he also gave me invaluable advice and ended up being the reason the project turned out so well."
