Flooring company disputes Canton complaints
COMPLAINT: Christina and Nick Papas, Canton, Ga.
We hired GA Flooring Inc. of Alpharetta, Ga., to remove our existing carpeting and install new hardwood flooring. The job appeared to be fine except for a terrible job at installing the quarter round.
We let that go, but about a week later, we noticed clusters of nails in the hardwood flooring behind the couch. We called and told them about it and they said that they could come over and patch it up. We told them that there were about 30 nails in clusters and patching wouldn't fix it.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: We want the floors fixed properly, not patched.

We will not be taking further action regarding this client, who has threatened me and my team. I will be closing this case and putting it to rest. This was yet another great job by GA Flooring.
