Finished fencing leaves homeowner near tears
COMPLAINT: Mary Lou Garey, Columbus, Ohio
"I had Morrison Fence Co. of Columbus install a privacy fence in my backyard and place a gate at the front of the house. When I saw the finished product, I could have cried.
"The sides were level, but they cut the gate at a crooked angle. In addition, the gate's latch is too short and doesn't clear the post, so I can't put a lock on it."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the work completed, or a refund so I can hire another company to complete it."

"The issue will be resolved to her complete satisfaction."
