Exterior doors pose problem for Largo homeowner
COMPLAINT: Jean Carter, Largo
I hired Archer's Doors & Windows Inc. to install a new fiberglass door, screen door and side window panel. Installation went well, but when a problem arose with the spring on the screen door (within three months of installation), [Don] Archer failed to furnish any information on the manufacturer and refused to service it.
Stated on the contract, all products have a lifetime warranty. Mr. Archer has failed to honor this statement.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I'd like the pneumatic spring door closer replaced.
