Matthew Johnson says he found the 'secret weapon' for his Saab's service work.

"Driving my Saab was becoming louder and louder and louder," Johnson says. "I figured it was a bearing going out, but didn't know who to trust. I came to Angie's List, and saw Auto Doctor had high ratings for customer service, so I gave them a call.

"It turns out that they have a great staff all around, but they also have Bob [Woyner, a mechanic], who is the Saab secret weapon. Bob's been working on Saabs for nearly 40 years, and knew exactly what the issue was. I brought the car in at 9:30, and had it back by 4:30. It was excellent service all around — if I could, I'd give them an extra thumb up, for a total of three."
