Energy audit uncovers unsafe emissions in Chicago home

Kevin Casey got both energy tips and important safety information when Green Dream performed an energy audit and combustion analysis on his home.

"They discovered my 1-year-old gas oven was emitting about nine times as much carbon dioxide as is considered safe," Casey says. "Since I have two small children in the house, that alone was worth the cost of the audit, and I had the problem corrected immediately.

"In addition, the inspection highlighted a few major energy loss points and offered some do-it-yourself suggestions."
