"There was a very loud noise coming from my vehicle's air conditioner," Wiener says. "Dennis [Hios, the owner] removed the glove box and pulled out a pen that had fallen into the fan. He put the car on the lift and walked me through the different parts, letting me know about my car in great detail. I was appreciative of the time he gave me. I'll use his service from now on."
