Victor Lerch fell for the service he received when his GFI circuit kept tripping. "The technician came out, but didn't solve the whole problem," Lerch says.
"Dale Miller, the owner, came out promptly and spent a great deal of time testing the entire circuit. After seeing how thoroughly he went about things, I insisted several times that he accept some payment for the second visit. Dale refused. He stuck with the problem until it was solved. I won't call anyone else in the future."
