"I hired Diamond Services to remove carpet, lay laminate, patch holes in the drywall and do general drywall work. After the room was complete, I realized that the floor may need leveling, but Brandon [Williams, the owner] didn't seem too concerned.

"He didn't cover anything up and left a large mess. His mudding didn't take and was literally sliding off the walls. He's friendly but often canceled or simply left early. The work I paid for is not ready for other contractors to follow up."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like the $818 necessary to correct the work."
