Owner Joe Chervenak sprang to the rescue after Robert Westbrooks' garage door springs cracked, making the garage door inoperable and leaving both cars trapped inside.
"He installed the springs, lubricated and adjusted the door, and charged the same amount that he gave as an estimate," Westbrooks says. "This guy understands what customer service is all about."
