Dispute over irrigation system installation resolved
COMPLAINT: Kathlyn Hoekstra, Alexandria, Va.
I hired Creative Irrigation & Lighting in Ashburn, Va., to install a new irrigation system. They failed to tell me that I should remove my current drip irrigation system in the flower beds and instead just cut it to pieces and left it in the flower beds. The contract said I would receive one year of free maintenance, but they sent me a bill. They failed to return my yard diagram showing where all the piping was located on my property. They need to properly calibrate the spray heads so they do not spray all over my driveway, sidewalk and other areas that just waste water.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: Return my diagram, provide 100 feet of irrigation pipe destroyed during installation at no cost, properly calibrate my spray heads and cancel the bill they sent me.
